Greetings from the Australian National University in Canberra, where
Dr Lachlan Blackhall (Australia's answer to
Elon Musk) launched the
Network Aware Coordination (NAC) Platform. This software has been successfully tested on Bruny Island, off Tasmania, to optimize the use of household solar
panels and batteries. This is the type of technology my students are studying in "
ICT Sustainability" (Comp7310).
